
Hi! My name is Daniel Malfara. Welcome to the second post in the series concerning a question some of you are asking. That question is, ”What Can I Take To Boost My Immune System Wellness?” Here is some information that I have found helpful. I trust this input offers some food for thought and action.

What is good sense? Seems like a no brainer, right? You’ve heard that expression so many times that it’s obvoius. It falls in the same family as expressions like, ”that’s cool”, ”wow buff”, ”peace and love”, ”trendy” and ”yeah whatever”, just to name a few. These expressions are like hooks on which you quickly hang your comprehension trusting everything will take care of itself. After all, how wrong can you go with nifty ”that’s cool”?
But what happens when a commonly used expression needs to be validated in order to get the precise results you want? Are you able to stop and isolate exactly what has to happen next?
WHAT CAN I TAKE TO BOOST MY IMMUNE SYSTEM? Good Sense…
In this case, I propose one of the key ingredients to take/apply is …good sense. But what could that possibly mean? Let’s have a look at the following 7 words.
RESPECT- Respect has a lot to do with good sense. A person who has good sense respects himself. He realises that he has one life, free will and potential. And, for the purposes of this discussion, an Immune System that needs to be in fighting shape. Yes, fighting shape because the Immune System is the major defense system of the body. He respects himself as a whole but also this awsome part of himself that is responsible for his very life!
REFLECT- She will reflect to take inventory of whatever comes to mind as being a threat to her Wellness.
RESTRAINT- He will exercise restraint on habits to which he is becoming addicted and some of which are compromising his Immune System.It could be drugs, alcohol, pollution, chemicals. The list goes on some which are very evident. Others are sneaky in nature.
REFRAME- She will reframe the potential gains and losses from her restraint and reassess her position for Wellness by way of a strong Immune System.
RESHAPE- He will reshape his daily habits to and redirect his energies to accomplish his goals for a full life uninterrupted by frustating and sometimes crippling setbacks.
These are 7 ingredients among many others that can allow you to get the performance you expect from your Immune System.
